If you are not satisfied with your X Products purchase for any reason, simply go to our website and create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request by clicking on this link. This will bring you to our warranty and return process. If you have any issues with this process, feel free to contact us.


While X Products would like to make your online purchase as easy as possible, we ask that you are sure you want to purchase the item in question prior to completing the order. Your credit card is billed immediately during purchase through our secure payment gateway and thus order cancellations result in additional fees imposed by the credit card companies to refund your money. X Products reserves the right to assess a 15% cancellation fee to cover these additional credit card fees.


All shipments are handled through FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, we do not overnight or prioritize orders for an additional fee.
