If you are not satisfied with your X Products purchase for any reason, simply fill out our Warranty form to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by clicking on this link

Please see our Warranty for more information on replacement products.

Note that a 15% Restocking Fee will apply to refunds on returned merchandise in resellable condition. This covers the credit card processing fee incurred at the time of purchase, shipping & return shipping, as well as the warranty department’s time inspecting returned items.


While X Products would like to make your online purchase as easy as possible, we ask that you are sure you want to purchase the item in question prior to completing the order.

Your credit card is billed immediately during purchase through our secure payment gateway, thus orders result in fees imposed by the credit card companies. For this reason, X Products reserves the right to assess a 3% cancellation fee on orders cancelled prior to shipment.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please see above information on Returns.


Provided the items you ordered are currently in stock, your order will ship out typically the same or next day, Monday – Friday except holidays. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships. 

We ship primarily via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, which typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your location within the United States. We ship USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

We do not expedite or overnight orders.
